CJ Reynolds is a high school English teacher at an all-boys charter school in West Philadelphia, he is a public speaker, and the author of "Teach Your Class Off: The Real Rap Guide to Teaching," available on Amazon. 

In his book, Reynolds writes about cultivating classroom culture, his approach to classroom management, the importance of building relationships with students, and the value of real-world learning.
